Terms for using Posview, including AI connector responsibilities and prohibited use.
AI Connectors and Agent API
Users must confirm the destination, authorized workspace, scopes, and operations when connecting ChatGPT / OpenAI Apps or another AI client to Posview.
AI connectors, Agent API, and MCP tools help read post context, create drafts, store proposals, and create confirmation requests. Users are responsible for reviewing AI output, proposals, drafts, and confirmation requests before using them.
Posview is designed so AI does not directly approve, schedule, publish, delete workspaces, change billing, or remove members.
Paid Plans, Trials, Billing, and Portal
Pro and Agency include one 60-day free trial per Billing Account. A credit card is required, no charge is made at trial start, and the first paid invoice is processed automatically when the trial ends unless it is canceled.
Canceling during the trial returns the Billing Account to Free immediately and the same Billing Account cannot start another trial. Base plans and additional members renew at the selected monthly or yearly interval until canceled. Publish Add-on has a fixed monthly price only and new purchases, increases, and resumptions remain unavailable while automatic publishing is disabled.
Paid upgrades are settled immediately and can create a charge, credit, or zero-amount invoice. Downgrades and paid cancellations generally take effect at the end of the current billing period. Stripe Customer Portal is limited to payment methods, billing details, billing history, and invoice PDFs; plan changes and cancellations are completed in Posview.
Cancellation, Refunds, and Failed Payments
Paid fees are not prorated or refunded except where required by law, for a material defect attributable to the operator, or when individually approved by the operator.
The current paid plan remains available for 14 days after the first payment failure while retries and payment-method update notices are attempted. If payment is not recovered by the end of that grace period, the subscription is ended and the Billing Account is limited to Free-equivalent features, post limits, and member limits.
AI Connector Plan Gates
AI connectors, Agent API, MCP tools, AI draft generation, confirmation requests, and related AI integration features may be limited by plan, workspace permission, OAuth scope, usage, operational limits, failed payment, emergency mode, workspace closure, or insufficient permissions.
Connections from ChatGPT / OpenAI Apps for ordinary users may require a paid plan such as Pro or Agency.
