AI Connector Support
For AI connector questions, include the connected app name such as ChatGPT / OpenAI Apps, time of occurrence, workspace, visible error message, tool name, selected scopes, and a short prompt excerpt that reproduces the issue.
Do not send full chat transcripts, raw prompt / response transcripts, SNS OAuth tokens, Agent API keys, passwords, MFA / OTP codes, preview passcodes, or payment information.
To stop access from ChatGPT / OpenAI Apps, revoke the connection from Connected AI Apps in Posview Workspace Settings. If scopes, workspace, permissions, or plan change, reauthorize from the connected AI app.
